Description of the inspections carried out :

Introduction:
On March 21 & 23, 2017 Bureau Veritas Inspector arrived at METCO –Ardiya for the Inspection of
Avaya Networking System test & Aviat Microwave system test.
Scope of Inspection:
 Approved Bill of Materials was not present at the time of inspection

 Approved Engineering Drawing was not present at the time of inspection
 Inspection carried out as per Microwave and Networking Inspection Procedure
 Factory test Set-up
 Traffic Switching from microwave to fiber
 Traffic on Microwave
 FAT Network test
 Overall networking simulation test


- Scope of Inspection includes the below :

 Visual inspection and Dimensional check.
 Quantity check.
 Documents review.
 Other inspection as per client requirements
 Issue of Attestation Certificate / Inspection Report.
- Inspection Details:
1- Visual inspection and dimensional check have been done as shown below
 Panel Verification: all equipment located inside cabinet enclosure and found
satisfactory.
 Wiring Verification: All wiring and cabling have been checked as per drawing and
found satisfactory.
2- Quantity check has been done for five items and found satisfactory.
3- Documents review have been done and found satisfactory.
4- Verification of traffic flow using Ethernet test set with microwave link and found
satisfactory.
5- Verification of Networking link functionality test and found satisfactory.
6- Verification of traffic path protection and redundancy of Integrated network test
including alarms on network management system and found satisfactory.
7- Overall networking simulation test was carried with satisfactory result.
All test are documented by METCO test report and attached to the Inspector’s report
Result of FAT: Satisfactory with punch points.
