The Following Inspection activities was performed on the below test clause in accordance with
approved specification Inspection test procedure and the result of inspection were found to be satisfactory.

A. Construction Test: Witnessed

Verified that conductor status, insulation materials & thickness, core identification with color, number
of core, inner covering materials & thickness, number of metallic armour, and over sheath of Low
smke zero halogen (ST8) & ST2 were satisfactory. Conductor examination was performed as below items.
(Refer to vender test report for detail), Conductor, Insulation, Core identification, inner covering, metallic
amour, Oversheath, cable marking, Physical Test reports were reviewed.

B. Conductor Resistance Test: Witnessed

Conductor resistances were measured and verified that the values were found to be within acceptance
criteria. Conductor Resistance of sample cable drums were measured with megger tester. Maximum
Conductor Resistance values were not more than required values as below.

C. AC Withstand Voltage Test : Witnessed

The tests were performed for sampled cable drums in accordance with IEC Standard and were found
no abnormal condition and withstood. The results were found to be satisfactory.
AC High voltage test for 5 minutes (A.C) were conducted with sample drums as below testing voltage.

There were no HSE issues during the visit.

All personnel on site were to be correctly wearing the appropriate personnel protective equipment and working
in a safe manner. The site was clean and tidy and free of any form of trip/fall hazard.
