E1 – Details of Witness (W) & Hold (H) Inspection Points
The equipment was found completely manufactured and prepared for FAT test.

Inspection / FAT was performed according the procedure mentioned in “Switchgear Factory Acceptance Test
Procedure” issued by SOLCON and “FACTORY TEST AND INSPECTION PLAN” issued by JFE-TSK.
It included:
- Checking of the items, according to the applicable documentation, before FAT;
- Cubicle over-all dimensions check Height x Width x Depth – as per drawings
- That construction bolts are properly fastened
- Panel name plates , low voltage component indexes and terminals, control module – as per drawings
- Markings of all control and power wires in the cabinet.
- Main ground (GND) Copper conductor cross section: 60 x 5 mm .GND Bus Bar clearly marked.
- Grounding of doors and L.V control plates: copper wire 6 mm2 / braid 16 mm2. Grounding screws are clearly marked
on doors
- Minimum air distance between exposed phases and phase to metal part
- H.V Insulator screws tightening Torque
- Functional and simulation Test
- Verify correct functioning of indication lights.
