Inspection Summary:
  As requested by M/s Larsen & Toubro Limited, hydrotest for 40" TEST HEADER - Launcher (M-SK-003-2-1L) & Receiver (M-SK-003-2-2R) was witnessed on the 23rd
December 2020 at Sub-Vendor facility in Shuaiba. Prehydrotest pack was reviewed prior to the test. Details of inspection and tests are given in the continuation sheets.

E1 – Details of Witness (W) & Hold (H) Inspection Points

1. Hydrotest for 40" TEST HEADER - Launcher (M-SK-003-2-1L) & Receiver (M-SK-003-2-2R) was witnessed at HEISCO Workshop in Shuaiba on
the 23rd of December 2020.

2. Details of Hydrotest package reviewed are given in section E3.

3. Pressurization started at 10:30 AM and achieved 157 Barg by 12:00 PM. holding period of 4 hours was completed by 04:00 PM.

4. Visually inspected the test header, welded joints and flanged connections - no signs of leakage observed.

5. Pressure variation monitored every half hour on the pressure gauges & chart recorder – no variation in pressure noted.

6. Temperature & pressure variation observed during the test are recorded.

7. Details of the test are given in the below table. 

Test pressure: 156.5 Barg

Testing duration: 4 hour

Pressurisation started at: 10:30 AM

Holding period started at: 12:00 PM

Holding period ended at: 04:00 PM

Variation in temperature: -1 Degree Celcius

Initial measured pressure: 157 Barg

Final measured pressure: 157 Barg
