SUBJECT: WARRANTY CERTIFICATE FOR CCTV SYSTEM

In accordance with the general requirement of the contract, we, M/s. Honeywell International
Middle East, hereby issue warranty for following CCTV equipment supplied and installed by us for
the above-mentioned project to repair or replace equipment that may fail in materials, finishes or
workmanship within specified warranty period. This warranty does not include defects caused by
vandalism, natural conditions exceeding the performance requirements and operational mistakes.
