NOTES

1 Maersk
Deleted Oil to establish this information from the applicable piping spec (MOTS-02) - e.g. 150#
2 Burst and fire test (if applicable) shall be performed and documented by original hose manufactor. If certificate is not available, hose vendor
shall perform burst test. The burst and fire test only applies for the HOSE - not for the assembly.
3 NDT shall be in accordance to the design standard. All weldings shall be provided with documentation for 100% NDT check for external and
internal failures.
4 3rd party inspection release note shall only apply for non-standard hose assemblies and in accordance to the RMR matrix (Maersk Oil scope)
5 3rd party inspection during fabrication shall only apply for non-standard hose assemblies and in accordance to the RMR matrix (Maersk Oil
scope) hoses - Product code color marking of bunkerhoses shall be at least 1 m in each end

7 Fitting size shall only be stated if the size is differnt to the norminal diameter of the hose

Example:

HOSE CLASSES

For definition of inspection and documentation level all hoses shall be divided into one of two classes;
Hose class 1;
hoses use for harmfull media according to PED (PED group 1 - see line 10) or
hoses with a diameter > 2" (50 mm) or
hoses containing pressures > 20 BARG or
hoses containing media with temperatures > 65°C or
hoses containing media with temperatures < -20°C or
Hose class 2;
hoses not in class 1
