This procedure aims to establish the acceptance criteria for replacement materials as a result of cuts in the ground (Cutting

6. RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Production: Execution of the Formwork according to the technical specifications of the project.

6.2 Quality: Support Production in the inspection of the final formwork.

6.3 Team technician: Serve as support to Production in everything related to the delivery of plans released for execution,
according to the regulated specifications of the project, within the deadlines established by planning.

6.4 Security and health environment: Distribution of the projection equipment necessary for the works, and supervision
in the work process.

6.5 Services and material: They must serve as support to Production in the problems that as a solution require
management of resources or services, within established deadlines.

7. PROCESS
7.1 RESOURCES:

7.2 DESCRIPCIÓN OF THE METHODOLOGY:

7.3 Formwork Manufacturing

Before starting all the formwork works must be close to the place where they will be mounted.

For the areas to be formwork with metal forms, it will be applied with demolding brushes to the entire surface of the
formwork so that when removing them there are no detachments on the surface of the bases. Then the formwork will be
fixed and / or located according to the identification previously marked by topography.

The services are performed according to the project plans where it is defined: size, positioning, quantity and length of the
piece; with the purpose of making the correct assembly of the pieces.

The raw material with which the formwork will be carried out must be stacked in such a way that their properties are not
altered. To guarantee the correct execution of the formwork according to the indications of the project, the materials are
conditioned to comply with the geometry and completion that they require. The ends of the wood must be polished to
eliminate any irregularities in the wood (if it is not a metal formwork). At the end of the conditioning of the wood (if it is
not a metal formwork) it is cut using electric saws.

Before starting with the manufacture of the formwork, the element should be analyzed in the project plans and the pieces
organized by position.

The pieces will be placed in their positions and they will be tied according to what was previously marked. In case any
position in the project requires a special union, it will be united according to the plan. Throughout the process, the correct
execution is verified according to the project specifications.

Note 1: The formwork must be perfectly sealed to avoid concrete leaks at the joints during pouring. The pins and holes of
the side forms must be sealed immediately after assembly to guarantee a perfect seal.

Once the process is finished, the elements will be taken to their respective fronts, or to the Precast Plant to be used.

Note: In the event that the formwork is to be staked, it must remain stored indoors to avoid that water (in case of rain) will
compromise the integrity of the wood.

7.4 Formwork Assembly

Before starting all the pieces of the formwork must be close to the place where they will be assembled.
With the use of brushes or sponges, the release agent will be applied to the entire surface of the formwork. Then the
formwork will be fixed and / or located according to the identification previously marked by topography.

The steel cables that secure the formwork (if necessary) will be placed in the previously drilled holes, which will be lined
with a PVC tube on the inside of the formwork and will be tightened by threads. One or more transverse timbers will be
placed on the formwork (if necessary) to avoid the possible lateral collapse of the formwork. After fixing the transversal
wood, the needles will be regulated by the threads, so that they keep the entire structure aligned. Next, the props will be
fixed on the edges and on the upper part of the block (if necessary) to avoid finishes with corners that could affect the
completion of the concrete.

Once the assembly is finished, the necessary checks of alignment, dimensions and dimensions will be made and they will
need to be rectified by the surveying personnel. The spacers will be made in such a way as to guarantee the covering of the
internal reinforcements.

7.5 CRITERIA OF ACCEPTANCE

It must comply with the requirements of the formwork item of the protocol form

8. SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

This section of the documents, particularly in the technical and construction procedures, should be coordinated with the
Safety and Environment Manager in order to include warnings and safety and environmental protection recommendations.

The consultation of procedures in preferred offices will be carried out in electronic format, only if necessary it will be
possible to print it, the consultation or information prints will be made on letter-size sheets on both sides and two pages per
sheet.
