● Project background: I was looking for a caterer service for a function,

and this was a very hectic process because I was personally visiting every
caterer to gather information. So I decided to create a product that will
help users to check all the possible caterers on a single platform.
● Research goals: We’d like to figure out what difficulties users are facing
while using the app and completing the complete process.

● How much time does it take to complete the process of booking a


caterer?
Research ● Are users successfully booking a caterer that they want?
questions ● Is choosing a caterer and food menu easy for users?
● Are there any parts where users are getting stuck?
● Is the payment option easy for users?

Key ● Time on task: How much users are spending on booking a caterer.
Performance ● User error rate: How often users get stuck.
Indicators ● Conversion rate: How many users are booking a caterer service.
(KPIs) ● System usability scale: A questionnaire for customer feedback

● Location: Mumbai, India (Remote)


● Date : Between 22-25 June, 2022
Methodology ● 10 Participants will book a caterer service through the app and then each
one will complete a questionnaire according to experience.
● Each session will last for 20-25 minutes.

● Participants are anyone who is looking for a caterer service.


Participants ● Participant’s age should be more than 24.
● Participant’s function requirements should be different.

● Step1: Create a profile: How easy or difficult is it to create a profile?


● Step2: Choose caterer: How easy or difficult is it to choose an appropriate
caterer who will provide what you want? Do you suggest any more filters?
Script ● Step3: Selecting Menu: How easy or difficult is it to select a menu? Do you
need any more filters or suggestions?
● Step4: Payment: How easy or difficult is the payment process? Are you
able to complete a payment process with your payment option?
