Our institute, K. K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research, Nashik (AICTE
Permanent lD l-5942025) had submitted application for EOA, closure of courses, starting of
new courses and change in nomenclature for the A.Y.2020-21 to AICTE. As per subject there
is deficiency in faculty in respect of the institution applied during A.Y. 2020-21 through online
mode.

Dear Sir,
Our institute, K. K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research, Nashik (AICTE
Permanent ID l-5942025) had submitted application for EOA, closure of courses, starting of
new courses and change in nomenclature for the A.Y.2020-21 to AICTE. As per subject there
is deficiency in faculty in respect of the institution applied during A.Y.2020-21 through online
mode.

Our institute was running in two shifts. As per the rule 7.10 in the APH 2020-Zl, the courses
offered in the timings regular shift, First Shift, Second Shift and Part Time shall be considered
as Regular Courses. And all such institutes shall have to create the necessary Faculty,
Infrastructure and other facilities WITHIN 2 YEARS to fulfill the norms.

As per the rule 7.10 in the APH 2020-Zl and letter of EOA dated 3 110712020, we will tulfill
the
defrciency within the stipulated time or as early as possible and accordingly submit the
compliance report to AICTE.

above were directecl to subnrit the compliance clf deficiencies nrentioned in Extension of
Approval (EoA) 2020-?1. lt has come to th e kn owledge of Cou ncil that ma ny ln stitutions are yet
to submit the necessary compliance repott.

Subsequently, AICTI portal is being re-opened for 7 days only lor the lnstitutes from the
issue of this letterto upload the compliance report and any other updation tothe previously
submitted compliance report {if any).

Failure to submit the compliance report shall attract penalaction forthe lnstitution in
terms of No [xtension of Approval (EoA] / reduction in intake etc. depending on the gravity of
deficiencies.
