SCHOOL YEAR 2022-2023
MISSION
To support the private institution's tertiary students in Laoag, STI College, in resolving their
academic, social, and personal concerns.
MISSION OF STI
We are an institution committed to provide knowledge through the development and delivery of
superior learning systems. We strive to provide optimum value to all our stakeholders – our
students, our faculty members, our employees, our partners, our shareholders, and our
community. We will pursue this mission with utmost integrity, dedication, transparency, and
creativity.
VISION
To provide high-quality education that is reasonably priced, while also giving students the
knowledge and skills they need in their chosen field, instilling values, spotting hidden talents,
and giving them the chance to reach their full potential. This will help students become future
leaders, business owners, and, most importantly, good people.

To be the leader in innovative and relevant education that nurtures individuals to become
competent and responsible members of society.
RATIONALE
Thru this proposed guidance program which directly applicable to private tertiary institution,
which we conducted benchmarking. Collaborative effort, suggestions from the group and
directly from the guidance counselor designate and school administrator . Will enable to address
the need assessment of the said school, STI College Laoag. This set of papers will somehow help
the guidance office to facilitate their downfall activities which they oversee.
