in their association with fellow students, teachers, and
employees of Laboratory School.
8. Lead the fact-finding committee and give
disciplinary actions against students’ misbehavior as
provided in the handbook.
9. Inform parents/guardians about the decision
made by the Fact-Finding Committee.
10. Issue a Certificate of Good Moral Character

11. Maintain and secure data privacy in accordance
with Republic Act No. 10713, otherwise known as the
Data Privacy Act of 2012.

involvement in different journalism/writing
competitions (District, Provincial, Regional, National
and International).
SSC Adviser College of Teacher Education 1. Monitor the programs, projects and activities
(Tertiary Level) of the Supreme Student Council.
Regular Faculty 2. Supervise student leaders on planning and
conducting of co-curricular activities geared for
students to enhance their leadership skills, promote
sense of unity, collaborative work and healthy
relationships among others.
3. Initiate capability building activities that will
lead to the fulfillment and realization of their
organizational goals and objectives.

PESS Coordinator College of Teacher Education 1. Coordinate athletics and physical education
(Tertiary Level) programs throughout the school district.
Regular Faculty 2. Responsible for implementing and enforcing
athletic rules; that is, abiding by the appropriate
athletic organization.
3. Prepare papers and documents needed by
PESS.
4. Assists in the preparation of athlete’s
documents.
Club Advisers College of Teacher Education 1. Be familiar with the club’s history, plan,
(Tertiary Level) purpose and activities.
Regular Faculty 2. Support and guide the purpose and activities
of the organization.
3. Set expectations with club leaders regarding
the conduct of meetings, programs and other special
events.
4. Attend club meetings at all times.
5. Oversee financial transactions of the club.
6. Assist students in the preparation of the
narrative report in relation to the activities conducted.
