COMMENDATION OF GUIDANCE DEPARTMENT

1. E2E- ENROLLMENT TO EMPLOYMENT- The guidance department, make sure that before the
students will finish their tertiary level. They are already affiliated in the site, that the Schools was
created. A site that it looks like a Job Street. Wherein students can choose possible jobs which
they prefer to.

2. FREE SIMCARD TO ALL STUDENTS WITH 34GB MONTHLY- Since blended learning is the new
normal in education. And STI College Laoag would not like the tertiary students, be left behind.
This is the simplest way for them to help the students have an access in their eLMS or Electronic
learning management system.

3. ELECTRONIC LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM/ eLMS- it is a an online application where the

students of STI COLLEGE has an account for them to have an access in their subjects. Its like a
Canvas Application.

4. ASSESSMENT OF STUDENTS BEFORE TAKING UP THEIR COURSES

the students can assess their strengths, weaknesses, and what they wanted to be in the future.

5. GUIDANCE COUNSELORS AND FACULTY ANNUAL TRAINING- They are sent yearly into their
Head Office in Manila for constant training in their department.
