Thank you for agreeing to participate in this research project. This study aims to identify and evaluate the
means to develop adaptable occupational skills in work-based learning provisions to meet future skills
requirements.

In this interview, you will be asked a series of questions about your experience as a participant in internship
programmes and how your needs as a learner can be met in your future enrolment of CET programmes.
