Guide for windows laptop email configuration

This guide help users to configure their email in Windows Laptop, iOS and Android
handheld devices.
Please follow the below steps to configure:

Ø Go to Control Panel,

Ø Type “Mail “in Search Box


Ø Click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016) Then you’ll get Mail Setup popup.

Ø Then Go to Show Profiles…

Ø Click on Add then add a profile name

Ø You’ll navigate to Auto Account Setup wizard


• Select Email Account
• Fill all the details like
▪ Name
▪ Email address
▪ Password
• Then Click Next

Ø After completion of Outlook account setup, you’ll get configuration


message then click Finish.

You have successfully added the Outlook Profile now you can experience the
Outlook.
