of it my favorite is Croque Monsieur, Croque Monsieur is a hot ham and cheese
sandwich, done the French way! Béchamel sauce, ham, cheese and a smear of
Dijon mustard, grilled until it's oozing, this sandwich is the king of grilled cheeses!
