Hi

I have thoroughly read your post in which you explained “Nevada legislative bill

AB142” in a detailed manner. Based on your post, I believe this law will appeal to nurses

who want to relocate to Nevada without having to get a Nevada-only nursing license. If there

is DNA evidence, AB142 eliminates the statute of limitations for sexual assault. Nurses can

continue to advocate by assisting individuals in making informed decisions, serving as a

mediator in the environment, or engaging directly on their behalf. Advocates do not make

choices or give permission on behalf of patients, but rather teach them so that they are well-

informed. I agree nursing professionals can take an active role as an advocate is to network.

Networking helps you to make connections with people who may be aware of employment

vacancies, volunteer activities, or other methods for you to become engaged and broaden

your personal skill set (Goolsby & Knestrick, 2017). Networking can help you remain up to

date on changing health-care rules, new patient suggestions, practice guidelines, and other

significant news that affects treatment, research, and education, among other things.
