I. PURPOSE

This online meeting is intended to gather the officers together with the year level presidents
under the Department of Criminal Justice Education in order to discuss the following
agenda.

II. OBJECTIVES

The objective of the online meeting is as follows:

1. To discuss matters regarding the incoming events, Mini Olympics.

2. To distribute responsibilities to every officers for each event.

III. SUMMARY

DCJE leaders, including year-level officials, met via Google Meet on September 11,
2021, at 10 a.m. in preparation for the upcoming Mini Olympics on October 25-30, 2021. Ms.
Angelica O. Lanticse chaired the meeting. Jaspearl Maloon, Mary Nonica Mag-aso, Niňo
Caminade, Jianrea Jariol, Rheymark Remiscal, Kristine Jamaica Socias, Grace Marie
Delimas, Joanna Sampaga,Jasper Banaay and DCJE adviser,Ms. Evanie Flores were
among those in attendance. Ms. Kristine Jamaica Socias led the meeting with an opening
prayer. The meeting's agenda was then delivered by Ms. Angelica O.Lanticse, the DCJE
governor. She then went over what, where, when, how, and why a Mini Olympics should be
held. The officers decided to have a week to complete the activity because one day would
not accommodate all of the events.

Ms. Lanticse presented the following competitions, starting with the Academic
Competitions, with Jianrea Jariol and the first-year officers handling the Essay Writing
Competition (English and Filipino Category), followed by Joanna Mae Sampaga and Nio
Caminade taking the Poem Writing Competition (English and Filipino Category). Ms. Aljane
Gallardo in Vlogging, Ms. Grace Delimas in Vocal Duet, Ms. Lyca Repuela in Vocal Solo,

Mr. Jaspearl Maloon in Balak, Mr. Jasper Bana-ay in ML Tournament, and finally, Ms.
Kristine Socias for the Creative Faceshield and Photography with her co-officers. During the
discussion of upcoming events, Ms. Evanie Flores excused herself owing to urgent
concerns and requested permission to leave the meeting. Ms. Flores told Ms. Lanticse to
talk to her about the discussion throughout the meeting.

Mr. Rheymark Remiscal, with the assistance of Angelica Lanticse, will be in charge
of the poster and photo documentation. At the same time, Aljane Gallardo and Mary Nonica
Mag-aso will be in the order of the captions. Finally, Maxim Danielle Mamanao is bringing
together the Activity Proposal. For their given events, all assigned officers must have three
judges and guidelines. Each year level is required to submit an attendance form, an
evaluation form, and a program summary.

Furthermore, donations and sponsorships are being addressed, and all officers have
been told to provide reports of those who will donate, the number of grants they will make,
and the total amount of donations. DCJE officers will write the letters for assistance, and
Jasper Banaay and Joanna Mae Sampaga will be the ones to distribute them. Ms. Lanticse
also reminded the officers about the T-shirt issue, which still needs to be addressed, and it
is also mentioned that it will not be mandatory. Mary Nonica Mag-aso offered a closing
prayer to officially close the meeting, which ended at exactly 11:05 a.m.
