for admins and users. Company members will use admin portal.
Admin Dashboard Web can be used

Password (Default password)

In some cases the admin may want to set up an account for the user to start his/her
installment plan.

• To manage installments and payment approval.

Admin will be able to approve the user’s installment payment.

• To Create & Send notification

Admin will be able to send notifications to user via SMS and Emails.

• For NDA form approval

Admin will be able to verify the NDA form and return response document
accordingly.

• View complaints/feedbacks
Admin will be able to view user complaints and reply them.

• Add Advertisements flex

Admin will be able to add flex that can be appear on app and website.

• Add Digital Pages

Add digital page for different businesses, institutes and organizations etc. in the
society. This helps the user to know their details (Address, Contact info and
opening hours) while sitting at home.
Customer Dashboard (Web and App) can be used
• To Login/Signup
The user will be able to signup and log into their accounts.

• Submit NDA form

The user will able to fill and submit NDA forms by uploading relevant
documents.

• Complaint/ Feedback
The user will be able to fill and submit feedback forms.

• View & Track installment plan

The user will able to view installment plan and track the ongoing installments.

• Profile updation
The user will be able to update his profile data.

• Payment
The user will able to pay his installments online or he can pay by visiting the
bank and upload the image of the paid challan.

• Chat system
The user will be able to use a real time chat feature for assistance.

• View Digital pages

The user will be able to view different digital pages uploaded by the admin.

The user will be able to view different facilities offered by the society.
E.g Clubs, sports , cinemas and libraries etc.

The user can view images of different events in the society.
