I agree as follows:

PT Rusianto Bersaudara grants to Exxon Mobil Corporation ("ExxonMobil") and each of its
subsidiaries and affiliates, the right to use, publish and copyright photos and testimonial
statements from Company in all media and types of advertising throughout the world, relating
to the promotion of ExxonMobil products and services without the need to submit any
translated text, advertisement or other material for further approval. ExxonMobil has the
right to say that the information included in the attached Proof of Performance or
Performance Summary (or marketing material using different words that have substantially
the same meaning) is attributable to Company, which is an expression of Company's
experience and beliefs

lf Company no longer uses or is not in a position to endorse ExxonMobil products and

services, Company will give ExxonMobil thirty (30) days written notice, which notice will serve
to terminate any obligations under this Release. Within a reasonable time following such
notlce, ExxonMobil shall cease all uses of the photograph(s) and testimonial statement.

savings of US 13,525 annually.
Engine operation. After Robust investigation, ErconMobil
engineers recommended Mobilgard HSD r5W-4o as lubricants
to be used in genset operation, while Mobil Serv Lubricant
Analysis were applied to monitor lubricants and equipment
condition during extending oil drain intervals programJhe
engineers also conducted engine inspection observed to
lubricant performance.
