Rooms Details
Kimpton Aluna Tulum has 78 rooms, divided as follows:
- Essential: 24 rooms (12 Queen and 12 King). King rooms have a sofa bed.
- Premium Balcony: 48 rooms (24 Queen and 24 King). King rooms have a sofa bed.
- Suite: 4 rooms, all King with sofa bed and.
- Master Suite: 2 bedrooms, both King with sofa bed and private rooftop with Jacuzzi.

Group Proposal
For this group blockade that will take place from August 18 to August 21, 2022, for 30 rooms we
can offer the following:
- Essential Room with 2 Queen beds in single or double occupancy for 3 nights, group rate
of US $ 230.00 plus taxes and Resort Fee (US $ 291.70 with VAT, ISH and Resort Fee
included).
- Essential Room with 1 King bed in single or double occupancy for 3 nights, group rate of
US $ 240.00 plus taxes and Resort Fee (US $ 303.60 with VAT, ISH, and Resort Fee
included).
- Premium Room with 2 Queen beds in single or double occupancy for 3 nights, group rate
of US $ 245.00 plus taxes and Resort Fee (US $ 309.55 with VAT, ISH and Resort Fee
included).
- Premium Room with 1 King bed in single or double occupancy for 3 nights, group rate of
US $ 250.00 plus taxes and Resort Fee (US $ 315.50 with VAT, ISH and Resort Fee
included).
Included:
- Welcome drink for guests upon arrival at the Hotel.
- Welcome amenity in the room.

For Breakfast: We can place a small station for coffee and sweet bread at the pool bar for
people in the group to use during limited hours (say 7am to 10am).
- This is because the restaurant has daily buffet service for the rest of the guests / visitors,
we would not have to limit the participants of the group to take it and if so we would have
to charge them to their room.
- On the other hand, with the station that I mention, it can be clarified to the guests of the
group that this service is included and they would decide if they limit themselves to that or
want the full breakfast with charge.
