In third world countres like Ethiopia especially in most of city it is common to see

people pushing or pulling two wheeled trolley carts to transport different types of goods. Most
common goods transported are soft drinks casks, dry waste, coals,jar of water, fast food stafs,
and other countless staffs. Trolleys are quite effective and simple of transporting load from place
to place. However currentlly existing trolley carts have different observed problems .such as,
- Almost all carts have no breaking system to stop ,parking or slow down to reduce the
speed
- It has Heavy weight and lotts of junk bars are welded to it.
- Most of them are not multi purpose type.
- forwar/ aft ballancing is difficult and hard to control.
- Loadding /unloading is inconvenient as there is no quick removal /installation access.
