With reference to the above subject to the matter and subsequent discussion had with you on
14.09.2022. We are pleased to submit our most competitive rates with the above mentioned
subject with payment terms and conditions.
In this connection, our quotation for the above work shall be as under excluding all taxes.

1. Survey: Conducting survey work for entire road like collection of initial
levels and co-ordinates, preparation of lay-out drawing of road, Field
lay-out demarcation of during execution, Checking of RL during
execution on daily basis by Total-Station & Auto-level Dedicated survey 5,00,000.00
team will be available at site from the commencement of completion of
work. Dedicated Total station machine and auto-level machine will be
available during entire course of the project.
2. Design & Drawing: Preparation of design and drawing of the PQC
road. All the necessary soil testing like CBR value of soil, Atterberg’s
Limit of soil, Plasticity & Liquidity Index, OMC, & MDD all other 4,00,000.00
necessary soil tests will be done from laboratory to obtain exact soil
bearing capacity for design. Preparation of layout & as-build drawing of
PQC road. Deployment of dedicated Design Engineer at site.
3. Execution Work: Monitoring of execution activity on day-to-day basis.
Deployment of dedicated site engineer at site to monitor quality & 6,00,000.00
quantity of field work. Certification of RA bills of the contractor. Onsite
checking of quality parameters of road work.
4. Laboratory Testing: Conduct field QA/QC tests as well as Third party
laboratory testing as per relevant IS-code. Laboratory test like Sieve 3,00,000.00
analysis, Aggregate, Compressive strength of concrete, slump test etc.
will be done from Third party lab. Finalization of design mix of PQC &
DLC at laboratory. Deployment of dedicated QC Engineer at site.
