AFFIDAVIT OF CONFORMITY

I, MA. THERESA “MARITES” L. NAGUM-PARACAD, of legal age, Filipino,

married and a resident of Gumarueng, Piat, Cagayan, after having been sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:
 
1. That I am the registered owner of a parcel of land described as Lot 5516, Pls 320
embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)No. T-14771 and located at Tammuco,
Sto. Niño (Faire), Cagayan;
 
2. That I engaged the services of a Geodetic Engineer to conduct survey of the above
parcel of land for purposes of sketch plan/subdivision plan;

3. That I conform to the area as per plotted and indicated in the sketch plan/subdivision
plan of the above parcel of land, being in conformity in the area and in the technical
description inscribed in TCT No. T-14771, the same is made as follows:

-Lot no. 5516-A consisting of 747 square meters, more or less, in the name of Nieves
Clemor Villa:
-Lot no. 5516-B consisting of 747 square meters, more or less, in the name of George
Nagum Aquino:
-Lot no. 5516-C consisting of 72 square meters, more or less, in the name of Fredieson
C. Udani:
-Lot no. 5516-D consisting of 1,550 square meters, more or less, in the name of Armida
Mateo Maguddayao:
-Lot no. 5516-E consisting of 9,791 square meters, more or less, in the name of Armida
Mateo Maguddayao: and-
-Lot no. 5516-F consisting of 496 square meters, more or less, as remaining portion.

4. That the abovementioned areas and their name survey claimant are subject to
subsequent execution of deed of conveyance;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest of the truth of foregoing facts and for whatever

legal purpose it may serve.
