PROCESS QUESTIONS:
1. How do you feel about the different activities you are engaged in?
I feel that the different activities I am engaged in are fun, easy to do and can help me in different
areas such as becoming more active, fixing my current lifestyle habits and helping my physical
wellbeing.
2. What influences your choice of physical activity?
The questions I ask when picking my choice of physical activity include; Is it fun? Can I do it
(Anytime)? Can it help me lose weight? Can it improve my habits? And, can it help me become
more active?
3. What challenges do you encounter in performing the activities?
Some challenges I may encounter when performing these activities include; the fear of sustaining
an injury, the lack of motivation/energy, the lack of equipment, and the availability space to be
used during the activity.
4. How do these activities affect you and your lifestyle?
These activities help me and my lifestyle by making me become more active in physical activities
and fixing some of my lifestyle habits. Some of these activities also help me become more
motivated to do more physical activities instead of just sleeping or playing games.
5. How do you benefit from engaging in these activities?
I benefit from these physical activities by gaining motivation, weight loss, better lifestyle habits,
and enjoyment of the physical activities. Other benefits that I may gain include the reduced risk
of disease, improved overall health and reduced feelings of anxiety and depression.

What recreational physical activities can you suggest to the children, teenagers, and adult
members of Sitio Katamakawan?
There are recreational physical activities that can be suggested for the children, teenagers and
adult members to do together, these include walking/jogging, exercising and going swimming (as
a family). Teenager and adult members may be interested in trying out cycling, or gym workouts.
