Greetings of peace and prosperity!

I am Dezzelyn Balleta-Bona, a Regular Permanent Senior High School Teacher II of Bical National High
School - Salvacion, Sto. Domingo, Albay for three (3) years. I am a holder of Bread and Pastry
Production NCII, Trainers Methodology Certificate 1 and National TVET Trainer Certificate. I handled
TVL-BPP specialization classes and Social Science subjects because I am also a graduate of AB Political
Science.

It is my great honor to be of service to Bical National High School learners even during pandemic.
However, I got married to Harold S. Bona of La Purisima, Nabua, Camarines Sur last June 2021. Because
of this, my permanent residence now is at Zone 5 La Purisima, Nabua, Camarines Sur. Since then, it has
been a challenge for me to commute and travel from Nabua, Camarines Sur to Sto. Domingo, Albay and
vice versa. With this situation, I deeply feel the inconvenience affecting my financial stability and
efficiency in performing my duties.

In this regard, I humbly write this letter of intent to transfer to Camarines Sur Division preferably at Bato
National High School, La Purisima National High School or Nabua National High School or any adjacent
school near to our residence.

My teaching experience in Albay division has highly scaffold my career as a better educator. Rest
assured that wherever I may be, I will continue to uphold the ideals of Albay division.

I will be greatly privileged should my request for transfer merit your approval.
