LESSON PLAN IN CONTEMPORARY PHILIPPINE ARTS FROM THE REGIONS

I. Objectives
At the end of the lesson, students are expected to:
a. Know and identify the GAMABA awardees and their contributions to Philippine Art;
b. Analyse the practices of GAMABA awardees;
c. Define different art terms related to GAMABA; and
d. State the significance of GAMABA awardees in the millennial time.

II. Content
 Subject Matter: The Contemporary in Traditional Art: Gawad sa Manlilikha ng bayan
(GAMABA)
 Subtopic: GAMABA Awardees in the field of Folk Architecture, Maritime Transport
and Carving

2. Motivation (5mins)
For the continuation of our discussion all about the GAMABA
Awardees and their contributions, I have here jumbled letters
and you have to arrange these in order to form a word related to
the subtopic we are about to tackle.

Very good! Our topic for today is all about the GAMABA
