Greetings of peace and prosperity!

I am Dezzelyn Balleta-Bona, Senior High School teacher II of Bical National High School for three (3)
years. As graduate of AB Political Science and holder of Bread and Pastry Production NCII, Trainers
Methodology Certificate I and National TVET Trainer Certificate, I handled Social Science subjects and
TVL-BPP specialization classes. Multi-level and diverse learners strongly develop me personally and
professionally.

It is my great honor to be of service to Bical National High School learners even during pandemic.
However, I got married last June 2021 and moved for permanent residency at Zone 5 La Purisima, Nabua,
Camarines Sur. Since then, it has been a challenge financially and physically to commute and travel from
Camarines Sur to Albay and vice versa. Lately, I have been diagnosed with ovarian cyst, hydrosalpinx
and infertility that bring me unbearable abdominal pain. With this, I deeply feel the inconvenience
affecting my efficiency in performing my duties.

In this regard, I humbly write this letter of intent to transfer to Camarines Sur Division preferably at La
Purisima National High School or Nabua National High School which are situated nearest my residence.

My teaching experience in Albay division has highly scaffold my career as a better educator. Your
excellent leadership in the conduct of trainings and webinars for the welfare of teachers is truly
appreciated. Rest assured that wherever I may be, I will continue to uphold the ideals of Albay division.

I will be greatly privileged should my request for transfer merit your approval.
