‫ﻋﻳﻭﺏ ﻣﺻﻧﻌﻳﺔ ﺑﻌﺩ ﺃﺳﺗﻼﻡ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺭﻭﻉ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺭﻓﺽ ﺃﻭ ﺗﺄﺧﺭ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻬﺩ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻘﻳﺎﻡ ﺑﺫﻟﻙ‪.‬‬

‫ﺑﺎﻟﻣﺷﺭﻭﻉ ﻗﺩ ﺗﺷﻣﻝ ﺃﻋﻣﺎﻝ ﻣﻧﻔﺫﻩ ﺑﺎﻟﻣﻭﻗﻊ‪ .‬ﻭﻟﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ ﻫﺫﺍ‬
‫ﺍﻷﺟﺭﺍء ﻣﻥ ﺷﺄﻧﻪ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺿﺭ ﺑﻣﺻﺎﻟﺢ ﺍﻟﻣﺎﻟﻙ‪ ،‬ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻏﺎﻟﺑﺎ ً ﻣﺎ ﻳﻠﺟﺄ‬
‫ﺇﻟﻰ ﻁﻠﺏ ﻛﻔﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﺣﺟﺯ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻣﺷﺭﻭﻉ ﻣﻥ ﺍﻟﻣﺗﻌﻬﺩ‪.‬‬
