Drinking too much – on a single occasion or anytime can take a serious effect on your

health.

The first one is

Brain / Nervous System:

Alcohol causes poor muscle coordination, slurred speech, memory issues and brain
shrinkage so in the words Alcohol interferes with the brain’s communication pathways,
and can affect the way the brain looks and works. These interruptions can change the
mood and behavior, and make it harder to think clearly and move with coordination.

Next is MOUTH/THROAT

cancer. Alcohol can dry out your mouth and throat. This dryness can cause
uncomfortable inflammation in your throat and vocal cords. You can feel in difficulty in
swallowing solids and liquids especially a feeling of food stuck in the throat that can be
led to esophageal cancer.

getting drunk.

 Stroke
 High blood pressure
Also With the Breast cancer:

with increasing alcohol intake. Women who consume about 1 drink per day have a 5 to
9 percent higher chance of developing breast cancer than women who do not drink at
all.
