5 BRANDED ITEM GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The 5.5 Branded Item Giveaway is available for all Shopee users on Facebook.
2. By joining this item giveaway, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to
the mechanics and its Terms & Conditions.
3. The 5.5 Branded Item Giveaway will run from May 2 (10:00AM PHT) until May 7 (11:59PM PHT), 2022.
4. Participants are encouraged to enable Push Notification on their Shopee Mobile App to be notified if
they have won the 5.5 Branded Item Giveaway.
5. To submit a valid entry, all contest participants must do the following:
a. Like the official Shopee PH Facebook page
b. Participants must accomplish the given creative prompt on the social media post (Example:
Comment “XXX”, Tag a friend, Share a photo, React, etc.).
c. Participants are allowed to submit multiple valid entries to increase their chances of winning.
6. The chosen three (3) winners of the 5.5 Branded Item Giveaway will be randomly chosen from the
comments section using an online randomizer. The breakdown of the prize per winner is as follows:
a. One (1) winner of Garnier Bright Complete Vitamin C Ampoule Serum with Niacinamide
b. One (1) winner of Deli 17850 Essential- LED Desk Lamp (1PC) [7917850]
c. One (1) winner of LANBENA Day and Night Acne Patches
7. The chosen three (3) winners of the 5.5 Branded Item Giveaway will receive a reply to their comment
from the official Shopee Facebook page no later than May 17, 2022.
a. The chosen winners should send a private message to the official Shopee Facebook account
and provide their full name, the correct Shopee username linked to their full name, and the
correct mobile number linked to their Shopee username no later than May 31, 2022. Otherwise,
the claiming of their prize will be forfeited.
b. When the winner provides their information to Shopee Philippines, they consent to allowing
Shopee Philippines to collect and process their personal information for the purposes of this
contest and to validate the winners in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A.
10173) and Shopee’s Privacy Policy. Visit https://shopee.ph/docs/3591 to see our privacy policy.
8. The winners are highly encouraged to enable/turn on his/her Push Notifications.
9. The winners will be notified that they won and of their prize by an official Shopee Philippines
Representative through the mobile number, email address, and push notification (PN) via their Shopee
account, that were provided in their message to the Official Shopee Facebook/ Instagram account.
10. The prizes from the 5.5 Branded Item Giveaway is subject to the availability of the supplier and may
vary from the original model pictured in the asset.
a. If Shopee is unable to provide the exact model, the winner will be notified via DMs from the
official Shopee PH Instagram account and the model will be replaced with something of similar
price and specifications.
11. The item will be sent to the winner’s address at the agreed-upon date after contact via courier.
12. Employees of Shopee Philippines, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or
affinity, are disqualified from joining the raffle.
13. Shopee reserves the right to disqualify winner/s that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e.
abuse of system) from Shopee’s back-end.
14. By joining this campaign, participants hereby agree to give consent to Shopee Philippines on having
their usernames appear in Shopee's online touchpoints (i.e. Shopee Live, Shopee Facebook account)
and are allowing Shopee to use the submitted content as promotional materials.
15. Shopee will not require users to post personal data in all Shopee's social media platforms and
livestreams to enter a game/contest/raffle.
16. All applicable taxes will be shouldered by Shopee.
17. Shopee reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions.
