ONE IS ABOUT PEDESTRIAN STREETS AND BRIDGES, ALONG WITH THREE PREFABRICATION, AND THE OTHER IS VERTICAL CORES OF ELEVATORS FOR THE TOP FLOORS. TOOK PLACE ON-SITE. ● SAFDIE EXPLORED THE POSSIBILITIES OF ● THE BASIC MODULAR SHAPE WAS MOLDED IN A PREFABRICATED MODULAR UNITS TO REINFORCED STEEL CAGE, WHICH MEASURED 38 X 17 REDUCE HOUSING COSTS AND ALLOW FEET. ONCE CURED, THE CONCRETE BOX WAS FOR A NEW HOUSING TYPOLOGY THAT TRANSFERRED TO AN ASSEMBLY LINE FOR THE COULD INTEGRATE THE QUALITIES OF A INSERTION OF ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS, SUBURBAN HOME INTO AN URBAN AS WELL AS INSULATION AND WINDOWS. THIS INGENIOUS METHOD HOMES—NAMELY GARDENS, FRESH AIR, PRIVACY, AND MULTI LEVELLED PROVIDED EACH APARTMENT WITH A ROOF ENVIRONMENTS—WITH THE ECONOMICS AND DENSITY OF A MODERN URBAN GARDEN, A CONSTANT FLOW OF FRESH AIR AND A APARTMENT BUILDING. MAXIMUM OF NATURAL LIGHT: ● IT WAS BELIEVED TO ILLUSTRATE THE NEW LIFESTYLE PEOPLE WOULD LIVE IN ● QUALITIES WHICH WERE UNPRECEDENTED FOR A INCREASINGLY CROWDED CITIES AROUND THE WORLD.
