Objectives:

 Understand the art and science of leadership in organizations

 Learn India specific leadership challenges as well as the leadership lessons from India that the world is
learning from
 Appreciate that leadership is a performing art and that it is more than competencies and attributes
 Analyze what derails leaders in their careers and how to guard against them
 Learn about the organizational change process and how leaders can orchestrate the same.
