EGIS’s POSITION

 As per the present status of deployment of our team, we have partially deployed and expect
to complete the deployment by 21st March.
 As such we might lose the invoice value partially for first two months against partial
deployment.

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION STATUS

 IWAI has already gone ahead with the start of construction of both the project, prior to
signing of our contract and is targeting the completion of Varanasi terminal by Nov.-18 &
Sahibganj terminal by May-19.
 About 35% of Varanasi & 22% Sahibganj construction has already been completed, without
availing the services of TSSC.

CONTRACT SYNOPSIS

 Contract starts from Feb.-18 & end of defects liability period as Jan.-20.
 Contract Value of INR 8.30 Cr. Mainly belongs to deployment of 140 man-months of key
experts and 172 man-months of non-key experts.
 As per contractual deployment schedule, out of a total of 312 man-months, about 227 man-
months (73%) needs to be provided in construction period of 12 months, i.e. upto Jan.-19,
with an approx. invoice of INR 5.68 Cr.
