DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
 
This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed, and entered into by and between:
 
SHELAJ M. MARTIZANO, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of B2, L4, Camella
Montserrat, Brgy. Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Province, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
VENDOR; 

AND

ROSELY T. ALI, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with residence at Purok Masunurin,
Barangay San Isidro, General Santos City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as VENDEE;
 
WITNESSETH:
 
The VENDOR is the owner/claimant/possessor of a parcel of land described in Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 14-021399312, identified and described as follows:

“A parcel of land situated in Balacayo, Barangay Olympog, General Santos City

containing an area of FORTY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TEN
SQUARE METERS (49,310sqm), more or less”

WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the abovementioned and the VENDEE agrees and
promises to buy the aforementioned property.
 
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS
(PHP15,000,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR to her full satisfaction,
the VENDOR does hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and CONVEY the above parcel of land unto
VENDEE, her successors and assigns, absolutely and free from all liens and/or encumbrances.
 
That the VENDOR hereby warrants the peaceful possession, occupation, and undisturbed
ownership by the VENDEE of the aforementioned parcel of land.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 17 th day of March, in
the City of General Santos.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in General Santos City, this 18th day of March 2022,
appeared the above-stated parties showing their identification documents as stated below their names and
known to me as the parties who executed this Deed of Absolute Sale and they acknowledged to me that
the same is their free and voluntary act and deed.
 
This document, consist of two (2) pages including this page where this Acknowledgment is
written, with every page thereof duly signed by the parties including their instrumental witnesses, at the
bottom or left margin thereof and seal with notarial seal, refers to a Deed of Absolute Sale.
