Hvis du er gift med ansøgeren, har du efter dansk lov en pligt til at forsørge din ægtefælle.

Hvis du ikke er gift med ansøgeren, skal du påtage dig denne pligt.

Du påtager dig forpligtelsen ved at underskrive denne erklæring.

If you are married to the applicant, Danish Law requires you to financially support your spouse.

If you are not married to the applicant, you must accept the obligation to financially support your cohabiting
partner.
