Waiting Time: The machine (is) stopped and has to wait for something, although in it selves -technically
speaking- it would be able to run. It is waiting for something to become in order before it can produce again.
2.3.1Definition
Having [no input] or [no output possible] due to restraints in the line/chain/flow is considered to be a
separate group of time (Line Restraints).

A setup in terms of OEE lasts from the last product X until the first product Y,
