Field Experiment No. 1

Instructions:

1. Create your own RAIN GAUGE using the following youtube

Take and submit a photo or video of your output.

2. Measure the amount of rainfall in your Barangay or locality in:

(a) mm/hr
(b) total rainfall in mm

and tabulate it using the following format:

Note:
  Use your smartphone or gps to determine the exact
coordinates of your place of observation.
 Average rainfall in mm/day should be filled up if it rained two
or more times in a day.
 Start of observation: October 15, 2021
 End of observation: October 22, 2021
 Determine the total rainfall in mm in that 7-day period
 Determine too the weekly average in mm per week

3. Deadline for the submission of your observations in that 7-day

period will be on October 25, 2021. Submit also select photos and
short videos detailing your measurements and observations.
