INTRODUCTION

All of you need to sleep well, it is important to have a very productive day, that is the
reason we give you the solution to these days when you felt so tired and cero
productive and the solution is a program that helps you to calculate the cycle of your
sleep.

JUSTIFICATION

This project will be carried out with the purpose of giving the user the possibility of
managing his sleep to rest better, this because of a program that shows the dream
cycles that the user must sleep to get up without being tired. Resting better helps to
have a good mood and helps control anxiety and stress.

OBJECTIVES AND CONSTRAINTS

● Our objective is to make a program that calculates the sleep cycles that the
user should sleep to rest better.
● Our limitations can be seen in the programming area. This would be due to the
lack of knowledge to develop the program.
