❑ HOW MANY TEAMS SHOULD WE
CREATE?

For this banded table practice, you will need 4 teams, which are assembled
as follows:
 1- Quotation Team.
 2- Purchasing Team.
 3- Cutting team.
 4- Assembly team.
❑ WHAT WILL BE THEIR FUNCTIONS?

For each team the functions will be as follows:


3 -CUTTING TEAM:
1 -CONIZING TEAM:
 *Measurement of the materials.
 * Make a list of the materials to be occupied.
 *Matching the materials.
 * Search where they sell cheaper materials.
 *Cutting of materials.

2 -PURCHASING TEAM:
4 -ASSEMBLY TEAM:
 * Collect the money needed.
 *Joining the parts.
 * To buy the materials.
 *Completely assemble the conveyor belt.
 * Transfer the material.
❑ WHAT ACTIVITIES WILL THE TEAMS PERFORM AT
EACH STAGE?

1 -CONIZING TEAM: in charge of seeing what materials are needed and how many pieces of each
and also searching different stores for the materials at a lower price.

2.- BUYING TEAM: in charge of collecting the money and going to the store chosen by the quoting
team to pick up the material and transport the material to the university, either by the store or by them.

3.- CUTTING TEAM: in charge of taking measurements, tracing and making the necessary cuts to
make the conveyor belt.

4.- ASSEMBLY TEAM: in charge of arranging the pieces and assembling the conveyor belt and finally
making the finishing touches such as painting the conveyor belt to make it look better.
