Millions of people around the world have been hurt by the covid-19 virus outbreak either by

contracting it by the covid-19 virus or through the loss of family members and relatives.
Although the pain is still lingering but now covid-19 has been seen that it seems to be nearing
its end, where most people have been vaccinated, complying with health protocols that have
been implemented in almost all places until now many events can be held face-to-face. Now in
the third year of the coronavirus pandemic, well after the surge in the Omicron variant, both in
the US and globally the number of daily cases has dropped to its lowest level in more than 6
months. Although it seems that SARS-CoV-2 is moving towards endemism it seems that there
is now a new variant of the virus circulating called monkey pox.
Monkeypox is a rare disease caused by monkeypox virus infection. The monkey pox virus is
in the same virus family as the smallpox virus. The virus that causes monkeypox was first
discovered in the late 1950s, but there are signs it has undergone changes in the last three to
four years that allow it to pass among humans more easily. In the past, most of the people
affected by monkey pox lived in parts of central and western Africa, had traveled there, or had
been exposed to infected animals brought in from there. During the 2022 outbreak, the disease
has been found in people living in other countries, including the United States.
So how does monkeypox spreads
Through physical direct contact with someone who has contracted the virus, During intimate
physical contact such as kissing, hugging, hugging, hugging, hugging, massaging or sex.
Starting from touching items (such as clothes, bedding, or towels) used by someone who has
the virus. By scratching or biting on a binatan. By preparing or eating meat or using products
from animals
The problems that will arise if monkeypox get worse, of course, we need a lot of medical
personnel, need more handlings to do such as antibiotics, pain relievers and other drugs.
I feel that the world will be prepared for the state of the monkey pox outbreak, given that we
have been facing a coronavirus outbreak that lasted for the past 3 years. Research also says that
the monkey pox virus is not as severe as the coronavirus outbreak which requires a lot of its
maintenance in terms of medical manpower, hospital beds, and the large number of patients
who have been infected by the virus has overwhelmed the world. deaths in rare cases that are
important to reduce the spread of the monkey pox virus outbreak and keep yourself safe need
to follow the established protocols at the beginning. Wash your hands regularly and provide
disinfectants wherever and wherever possible so that the virus does not remain in objects or
the environment around us and reduce physical contact. So the conclusion I want to say that
the world will be ready for the monkey pox outbreak but will not welcome it with pleasure
alone.
