Krishna Nath, all are residents of Ambika Apartment, Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam-

1. That we are the permanent residents of the above mentioned locality and
citizens of India by birth. This is true to the best of our knowledge and belief and

Bamgaon under Biswanath Mouza in the District of Biswanath, Assam. This is
true to the best of our knowledge and belief and information.

3. That DEWAL KRISHNA NATH, S/o Late Arjun Nath, resident of Village-
Bamgaon, P.O. - Chariali, Mouza- Biswanath, P.S. - Biswanath Chariali in the
District of Biswanath, Assam is willing to sell a plot of land measuring 8 Lessas
out of the total land measuring 01 Bigha- 0Katha -2 Lessas covered under
Dag No. 99 of Patta No. 150, Chariali Nagar 4 th part, Bamgaon, situated at
Chariali Nagar 4th part, bamgaon under Biswanath Mouza in the District of
Biswanath, Assam. This is true to the best of our knowledge and belief and
information.

4. That we have no objection whatsoever, if the authority shall allow to sell the
aforementioned plot of land measuring 8 Lessas and give permission to sell.
This is true to the best of our knowledge and belief and information.

5. That this Affidavit shall be used in support of our abovementioned averments as

true and correct and we shall be held liable in the eye of law if any of our above
mention averments are found to be false later on.

6. That the statements made in this affidavit under paragraphs 1 to 5 are true to
the best of our knowledge and belief.
