writers to understand the demands in the documentation project. The demands are usually the
goal of the material being made and the purpose why it should be made. The demands should
be analyzed properly because if the content of the said material is wrong, then, the demands

writer should be able to input the details. In order to do that, the writer should analyze first the
demands as thoroughly as possible.

as Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, and etc. should be taken into consideration as they have
different uses and features since technical writing is complex therefore the tool that the writer
should be using is easy to use.
5. Time is also considered to be one of the things that should be considered in technical writing. In
writing a technical document and finishing the work on time, the analysis of how the time
should be used and catered is important in order to be effective in the task given. This is often
the same with other writings and since technical writing is complex and a thorough
understanding should be made, time is important because if the time is not used well
effectively, it will ruin the document itself— through the content or other factors

effective ways in communicating with them. The technical writer must determine first who are
these persons and what do they need. The writer should also analyze the place and time they
will be reading the document and how they will read it in order to come up with strategies in
relaying the information well to the users. A user who is old will be having a hard time reading
small fonts. A user who is not knowledgeable about the topic will not understand the user’s
manual he/she is reading. In this case, this is where the technical writer should be analyzing for
the ways these information will be communicated well to the users.
