1. In your opinion, explain why information systems were centralized and used solely with governance and management during the
First Era.

- In my opinion, Because The mainframe era was a period of highly centralized computing controlled by programmers and
system operators. Minicomputers, powerful yet less expensive computers, began to change this pattern, allowing decentralized
computing customizable to individual departments or business units.

2. From your perspective, rationalize why there was a need to make information systems and technology available to the public
during the Second and Fourth Eras.

- For me it is needed because Information systems are useful for storing operational data, communication records, documents, and
revision histories. Manual data storage will cost the company lots of time, especially when it comes to searching for specific data
and it was public for both second and fourth Era.

3. With cloud computing ushering in the Fifth Era, justify the need to access information systems anytime and anywhere with any
device in this era.

- Cloud computing is not just a trendy application that people can use to store their photos and videos online. It is part of a
business model that is taking the world by storm. Cloud computing not only changes how so many businesses store and access
data, but it is also changing how many of these businesses operate. That’s why it has access information system anytime and
anywhere.
