SPORTS

Zorbing:
The activity of the sphere in sphere (of the English sphere or Zorbing) is the recreational
practice where people cross a tray inside a ball, usually made of transparent plastic. The
spherome is generally practiced in a subtle tilt, but it can also be practiced on a flat surface or
even on water for increased control of the person. Due to the lack of hills in some places, some
operators build wood or metal ramps to create slopes.
Some balls are designed for a single passenger, but there are also two or three. The maximum
distances that traveled are about 800 meters. The first sphere was built in New Zealand.

Free running:
Freerunning is a very similar discipline in the parkour where the participants known as
freerunners (or professionals, although this generic term used for freerunning and parkour),
uses the urban environment and the rural landscape to make movements and acrobatics
through their structures. It incorporates the effective movements of Parkour and adds aesthetic
vault and other waterfalls, tricks, which, creates a form of sports and aesthetic movement. It is
a common practice in gymnasies and urban areas (such as cities or cities) full of obstacles.
The term works free (now freerunning) was invented during the shooting of jump London, as a
means of introducing parkour to the English-speaking world. But the term has come to
represent a separate concept, clearly different from Parkour - a distinction that is often lost due
to aesthetic similarities. Parkour as a discipline focuses on efficiency, while freerunning
embodies freedom of movement - and includes many acrobatic maneuvers. Although the two
often are the same, the mentality of each very different.
Kite surfing:

Kitesurfing or Kitesurfing (also sometimes referred to as Kiteboarding or Florsurf) and the

customization of the table of the table is even suggested, it is a sliding sport that consists of the

Paragliding (of the French paragliding, acronym of parachute, parachute and slope, slope) is a
sport born at the end of the twentieth century through the inventiveness of the mountain
climbers who wanted to fly through a parachute of the peaks they went up.

The wing, and sometimes the entire team, with the same name, is called paragraph. The
technical definition would do something like this: flexible light plug. Glider because it does not
consist of a motor and flexible because there are no rigid parts that form the wing, it can be
transported in the trunk of a car. The weight of all appliances is usually about 15 to 20 kg,
although there are mountain equipment that weighs less than 5 kg. The pilot and sometimes the
passenger (for which a double arranger is used whose equipment can reach 30 kg) of the
paraglider will be equipped with mandatory safety equipment, the radius of chairs, helmets,
glasses and paratroopers emergency and with different electronic instruments. : Variors or
