Mindset
Question 1
Mark needs to adopt a mindset that is centered on achievement. Specifically, he should shift
his focus from procrastination to accomplishment. Doing so will help him get rid of and
eliminate some of the vulnerable jokes he tells, as well as the struggles he has with learning
new programs and will allow him to develop into a more successful person. An optimistic
attitude enhances the possibility of forming a winning viewpoint for example by generating a
Question 2
According to the scenario, Mark has a fixed mindset because he does not have the required
belief that success is a product of the accumulation of directed efforts and persistence in the
face of setbacks. In other words, Mark does not believe that success is a product of the
accumulation of directed efforts and persistence in the face of setbacks. For instance, he
makes a statement about how hard it is for him to acquire a new method of doing tasks that
he has been performing for a considerable amount of time. Mark has a fixed mentality
because he does not hold the view that success is the result of the accumulation of purposeful
efforts and tenacity in the face of failures. As a result, he does not believe that he can change
his circumstances to achieve his goals. The majority of people who have this sort of attitude
believe that their intelligence is unchangeable, and as a consequence, they place a primary
emphasis on making judgments (for instance, they have a propensity to hide what they are
not), which has a detrimental influence on the learning process (Bouta & Ben-Joseph, 2018).
Question 3
Because seeing defeat as a chance for personal growth would encourage Mark to ask himself
beneficial questions such as, "What errors did I make so that I don't make them in the
future?" Monica needs to encourage Mark to look at his mistakes as learning opportunities

and tell him this. Mark will be able to benefit from asking himself useful questions if he
views failure as an educational opportunity. In the case of Marks, one strategy that may be
employed to aid him in boosting his memory to better prepare for the test is to focus on
increasing the amount of attention he pays to the material at hand. If Mark pays attention to
what is going on around him, he will be able to actively listen to the content more easily since
it will remove any distractions that would make it harder for him to do so (Forzoni, Buffagni
Question 4
I would want Mark to keep in mind that no one is perfect and that as a result, everyone is
prone to a specific issue; as a result, he has to accept himself and not compare himself to
others. This is something that I would like for Mark to do. This will be significant in the
sense that it will make it possible for him to comprehend and be truthful about his strong
points and weak points, thereby providing him with the opportunity to cultivate and improve
both himself and his life. This will be significant in the sense that it will make it possible for
him to comprehend and be truthful about his strong points and weak points. If Marks is
provided with advice that is specific to his situation, he will be able to develop more
intelligent responses to obstacles, widen his thinking, and enhance his decision-making
