Key Responsibilities

Posts financial data to appropriate accounts in an automated accounting
system, according to instructions.
Performs related work as assigned.
Preparation of aging of creditors.
Managing daily cash . balances
Maintaining our accounts system.
Preparing and presenting aging reports of creditors for meetings.
Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff
Banking money and cheques received and issuing receipts as requested or needed.
Maintaining and transferring money between bank accounts as required.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head of Accounts Department in the delegated tasks.
Recording Expenses & Transactions
Record Petty Cash Invoices & Make Payments
Keeping record of all inventories
