1 Issue Advanced Revision Notices / Holds once engineering determines a design / drawing change is underway.

Immediately notify field supervision where IWP are released to build. Escalate notifications where
2 work has been started.

3 Provide weekly report for WFP Team to update IWPs that are not yet released to build.

4 Provide status information back to engineering on IWP Plans.
