Engineering Life Cycle
Once the contract is awarded, individual descipline starts working on PFD, P & IDs, Line List, Critical Packages Data Sheet (I
then MDS and MR
Then Heat and Mass Balance, Hydraulic Calculation, Equipment list is developed
Model is developed by Piping. 12" above lines are modeled. Based on the piping information, pipe racks is designed, piping
stress analysis is done and loads are given to civil, based on the load given, pipe rack structure and foundation is designed.
Process data sheets of balance euipments are issued, then mechanical data sheets are issued, then MR and procurement c
Then vendor data is received this input is given to all the desciplines ( To Design Technical Structure)
IPDS are issued , Instrument index is issued, then Data sheet of critical items like PSVs and Control Valves are issued
Package vendor's information is given to instrumenation (DCS System)
Electrical - Based on the prelimenery Equipment list, Electrical load list is issued and Switchgear Design is started.
MR for Electrical equipemnts like Transformer, HV, MV and LV Switchgear, UPS etc. is issued, beore finalization of order, v
data is required.
Once the P & IDS are issued for Review, 30 % Model review is done to check, all the equipemnt and packages are modeled
the 12" and above lines are modeled, safety norms are complied, Space for maintenance and access is provided.
After 30 % Model Review, 25 % MTO is issued. Model Review tags are issued. Plot Plan - IFR is issued
After 30 % Model Review, P & IDs are issued for HAZOP - IFH
HAZOP recommendation are incorporated in P & IDS and released as P & ID - IFD
30 Model - Tags are incorporated, Vendor data is incorporated, Equipment and Piping is modeled as per vendor data and
Model Review is conducted. In 60 % Model - all the equipment details are modeled.
After 60% Model Review. Piping MTO -2 which coveres 80 to 85 % MTO is issued. Since Equipment and Piping is freezed,
Structural and Civil Foundation Layouts are issued in IFC. Structural GAD and MTO is issued. Stress Critical lines Level 1 & 2
finalized. Piping Isometric and GADs are issued. Plot Plan -IFD is issued
After 60 % Model Tag Closure, balance inline instrument data like PSV and Control Valve is incorporated in P & IDs and issu
Construction.
After issuance of P&ID - IFC - 90 % Model Review is conducted, balance MTO is issued, balance ISOs are issued, Cable Tray
Layouts are freezed, Mostly Piping is followed by E & I, Plot Plan IFC is issued

Sir, During my last 10 years tenture with Tata Projects Ltd, I have learnt all the processed & systems
followed by the COMPANY for Project Life Cycle. Starting from Bidding, after award of the contract ----
Project Execution---Project Completion--- Project Commissioning and Project handing over and collection of
CPBG from client.
I have To Further delop and improve my skills. I would like to gain the knowledge about the systems and
processes followed by similar tye of the organizations in this industry.
Change is inevitable in life

Sir, my 1st objective will be to prove myself, I have to give my 100 % performance, and justify my role in the
organization.
1) As per company performance evaluation Policy, I will make sure that I get every year A+ ( Performance
which is one level above the expectations)
2) My second objective will be to keep performing year on year.
3) After give consistence performance, I expect next level of promotion.
MSEP Rating Should be Min 85 (ASTM D7224-14) Reapproved 2018
1) Time Required for Jet fuel Piping Soak Teasing - Loading system, Filter water seperator till Tank Inlet,
Tanks, Unloading System, PRT DFT. This duartion was not considered in Commissioning
2) Excavation of the Entire Plot - for E & I Trenches
3) Internal Floating Suction - Float was not modeled
3) Time Required for ADM Inspection - Before Concreting
4) Foreign Exchange Gain & Loss
5) CICPA Gate pass charges & time required to obtain the same
1) Successfully Completed Shut Down of Abu Dhabi Refinery in Jan 2017 (Safe Routing of Safety Valve
Discharge Line)
2) L D Waived off from Client, Defended LD appicable to project - SRSVD Project & Expansion of Emarat
Project
3) Successfully commissioned ABEA project, which was miserably undercoated.
4) System developed for Cost to Completion in TPL.

My main focus will be to track all the Category A issues of the project.
Any project has got N number of issues but we mainly focus on Cat-A issues.
