Social networks are a great way to stay up-to-date with what is happening in the world. You can
find out about upcoming events, share your thoughts, and connect with people from around the
world. There is no doubt that social networking sites have become an important part of our life.
However, social networks can also be a huge distraction. It's easy to get caught up in scrolling
through photos or reading about other people's lives when you should be working on your own life.
If you want to use social networks responsibly, make sure that you are only using them for an hour
or two per day and that you are not spending more time than this scrolling through other people's
profiles or posts.
