DIRECTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED: Total marks:100

Q1.Design a very interesting electrical circuit as part of In-course Project to show a specific
application of combination of resistors/components in House hold and Industry.
The Circuit designed should incorporate Transducers or a sensor or Solar cells and
should not limit to 5 or 6 combinations of resistors or components .You must justify on
what basis the circuit was chosen as the Project.
The topic can be chosen to fit any one of the below listed.
a. Series /Parallel/Series and Parallel combination of components or resistors to serve a
Domestic Purpose. Or industrial Purpose
b. Star- delta combination of components /Resistors applied for Industrial or Domestic
purpose
c. Analysis methods like Mesh/Nodal/Super Position Theorem in Designing Reallife
applications
The circuit should demonstrate creativity and ingenuity in applying the Knowledge of
Electric circuits.(30 marks)

Q2.Prepare a detailed report including the items listed below (50 marks)
Contents of the Project Report -Title of the Project ,Objective of the Study, Introduction
to
the application, List of components used with the specification of the components like
power ratings should be included, Circuit diagram, Complete and correct working of circuit
diagram, Simulation , Conclusions, References

Q3.Present the concept and working of the project on time in front of the class with the group
(20marks)

3. The student should present the project and upload the report in the Moodle with in the

4. The report should also have a plagiarism report.
5. The date of submission is not later than 10 th week
